Sharon Yvonne Stone is the only child of Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, an engineer and tool maker. She was also a employee of a plant. She was born on 10 March 1958in Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her siblings. Stone was thought to be gifted academically when she was a kid and started the second grade when she was five.
